What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return period. Please contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing. We will correct, replace, or adjust any errors as soon as possible. If any product does not meet with your full approval, we will make it right by exchange, credit, or refund. Please email us for instructions and return authorization.

Postage (shipping) costs are non refundable.

What about my privacy?

We respect your privacy. We do not sell our customer list or newsletter list to any third party. These are for our eyes only. The ITmadeSimple web site counts how many people visit the site and which pages people visit. These statistics are anonymous and do not identify any individual. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We do not store your credit card information, and once your order is processed it is deleted from our system. You may unsubscribe from the ITmadeSimple newsletter any time, simply by clicking on 'unsubscribe' in the email.
